If you're a Boomer, chances are you'll be interviewed by an "Xer" or a Millennial. Its important to understand the values and
communication style of these generations. Doing so
can make the difference in being seen as a "fit" or a "misfit".
Of course Millennials also need to understand how to relate to Boomers.
We'll discuss characteristics of each generation and best ways to communicate in the most appropriate ways.
