If you're landing interviews but rarely make it to the second round,

We'll discuss the biggest mistakes candidates make in initial
interviews. The purpose of these interviews is to verify
your qualifications, and to evaluate your ability to communicate
and sometimes to determine your salary requirements.
You'll make it to the next round if the recruiter/HR/hiring manager

the job and that you'll work for what the position pays.
