We help high performing individuals who are experiencing challenges that involve how they interact with peers, direct reports, or clients. Organizations hire Kate Culligan Associates to help the individual understand their strengths to add value to the company and to identify opportunities to enhance their interactions and performance within the company. Kate starts with a coaching agreement and follows with a 360 Review done through interviews or an online survey. This information is used as a starting point. A minimum three month commitment is needed for an effective coaching experience.

Strategic 360 Studies

Anonymous feedback is gathered on an employee’s performance from managers, peers, direct reports and clients.  The feedback is gathered from 10-15 key respondents through surveys taken on-line.  The employee, consultant and manager receive the information in a customized report that identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the employee.

360 reviews can be used in the following ways:

  • Balancing strengths of individuals with organizational needs
  • Identifying leadership strengths
  • Succession planning
  • Measuring performance to use in career development plans
  • As a basis for further coaching by internal mentor or outside coach/consultant

Organizational Assessments

Customized surveys given to employees to open the lines of communication from the bottom to the top of the organization to provide leaders with needed information for decision-making.
