Issues in Job Interviews?
We'll discuss how to confront challenges based on stereotypes-
head-on in an interview. Interviewers often come from a
younger generation and they hold preconceived views of boomers.
And they might be threatened by the boomer since they
fear thatthe depth of their knowledge and experience would make
them hard to manage and might threaten their authority.
On the other hand millennials face challenges when interviewing
with boomers due to mistaken stereotypes about their work
ethic and lack of experience. We'll discuss how to address these
generational issues in interviews and at work.
