Daniel has had a stellar career as an Healthcare Administrator, recently leading the Division of Pediatric Surgery at Children's Hospital. Prior to that he provided similar leadership for several top universities' student health services divisions. He has a MBA and is a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Currently, Daniel took the leap and is studying for his realtor's license to prepare for his next adventure as a broker in Denver and Flagstaff, Arizona.

Daniel will share the process he went through to decide to leave, including taking the risk to jump without having another job. He will also discuss how he determined it was time to exit his job.
